ARGH!! SO NEAR YET SO FAR LAH!! My last paper is on the 24th, Wednesday... BUT IT SEEMS LIKE ETERNITY!
I am super restless, because i feel that i am like studying without a direction.. No past year paper, no examples, how i know what it is going to be like?! IRRITATED!Human Resource is like common sense, yet it has so much information.. It is like, at the end of the day, it is the HR managers ability to match the employees objectives to the organisation's business objectives to achieve the strategic business objectives.. Yeah.. But during this process, you have so many things lah, starting from your job analysis to come up with the job description and specification, then you interview, then you train the person, still got exit interview and so many more!! ARGH!! I have read the textbook le, in some way i do understand what is going on...
The thing is, this time, they change the exam format to include SHORT ANSWER, 5 QUESTIONS! So, i have to MEMORISE the terms, the process and many other information involved lah! But quite lucky the tutor got give topics to scope down.. Better than nothing lah ah... Used to be 100% MCQ though...ARGH! It is so irritating lah!
Keep thinking of after exam plans le.. Wednesday after my paper go City shop shop alone.. Thursday go Booval with the capus view babes to shop shop.. Friday go PICNIC and Blue Restaurant.. Saturday have pancakes for breakfast then go City again but this time with all the Campus View babes.. Sunday nuah and relax to the MAX!
I CANNOT WAIT FOR WEDNESDAY TO COME! Then i can really say I AM DONE WITH A SEMESTER LE!! OMG!! So tired, yet still need to keep pushing on!! Jia you babe! You know you can!! Regarding the HR paper, just revise again, memorise the major topics diligently and put in your very best! As long as you know you have put in the best effort, there will be no regrets and you will reap the results!
GO GO GO SHERYL! THE WELL DESERVED BREAK IS COMING IN 3 MORE DAYS!! FOCUS FOR JUST 3 MORE DAYS! YOU CAN DO IT!!! =)
